Yes, you have 30 days after receiving the package to return the device. Return shipping costs (tracked delivery) are your responsibility. Once the device is received, you will be fully refunded, no questions asked.
What happens if I encounter a technical issue?
The Luciola® helmet is designed to be durable and serve you for many years. If an issue arises within the first two years, the warranty covers parts and labor. Beyond that, or in cases of improper handling, our customer service team is available to assist you with any repair requests.
Can I use the same device for multiple people (spouse, child)?
Yes, the helmet can be used by multiple people aiming to improve their brain well-being, provided they have similar profiles. For example, a helmet designed for a child can be used by another child with a similar skin pigmentation. Similarly, an adult helmet can be shared between adults with comparable characteristics (age, gender).
However, there is an exception for older men and women: their power requirements differ. If you have any doubts, our customer service team is available to guide you and answer your questions.
